"They're not just an insurance company. I really can't find the words to wrap this package, but they always feel like 'home'. Other companies don't have answers and have unprofessional behaviors answering questions that they should know how to answer. And other companies are quick to charge you, for issues discussed--by jumping the gun and unilaterally adding a item to your policy but that is only being discussed, or adding a substitute charge for what you just had the removed. The gang at Vanessa Brown are nothing like that. I am a numbers guy and they have been very patient with me and don't add pressure to buy. I guess the best description would be to paint a picture. They are like sitting on a front porch rocking chair with a glass of sweet tea in your hand and just shooting the breeze with you, even though you're talking about complicated things like insurance.
