ROLE DESCRIPTIONThe Vanessa Brown State Farm team is looking to expand & we pride ourselves on taking care of our customers like family! We provide training on how to service and sell insurance. If you are a positive, coachable person, we are looking for you to join our team that has been in business over 20 years. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer insurance accounts.
- Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
- Pivot to and provide information on insurance products and services.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must earn Tennessee insurance licenses
- Love people

Compensation $48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
